Julia Hage, CEO & President of TheHageCo, is a Professional Speaker, who has over twenty years of presentation and large performance experience, with heightened expertise in authenticity, wholehearted living, business development, strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership, and development. She utilizes her expertise to empower and enlighten those seeking to live a more authentic, and wholehearted life through her alignment and authenticity keynotes and helps guide business executives to walk away from projects and partnerships that drain cash flow, create workforce burnout, and hurt the bottom line, to enhance business practices, strategy, and culture through her business talks.

Julia holds a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Public Health Administration from Bowling Green State University, and has comprehensive experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Non-Profit Operations, Marketing & Communications, Mission Advancement, and Development initiatives.
