Today, it has grown to be a professional speaking & engagement firm built on communication strategies and collaboration to provide a vibrant, meaningful, and authentic experience. Julia Hage, CEO & President of TheHageCo, provides impactful takeaways through her dynamic keynote presentation, The Walk Away Warrior | Thriving while Surviving - a story of overcoming emotional, mental, and psychological abuse that led her to choose herself and walk away. Through this story, tangible principles guide the listener to see themselves in the journey of wholeheartedly, authentically choosing yourself and allow them the opportunity to apply the ideologies to their own lives.

Julia has been in performance capacities of varying types for 32 years. From being a part of her parent’s musical group “Just Kiddin’ Around” performing around the country for Early Childhood programs and educators, to dance performances, and musical recitals, Julia had opportunities to develop her stage presence in her formative years. Applying that into her professional career, she has established herself as a refined and eloquent emcee, presenter, moderator, and facilitator around the Northwest Ohio business community. Serving as the community engagement ambassador for the Anne Grady Services brand as their Director of Mission Advancement from 2022-2025, as well as being sought out by community organizations for her public speaking services, Julia puts heavy emphasis on captivating audiences with engaging and enlivened presentations. Her hope is that when encountering TheHageCo brand, that impact is made through a worthwhile experience, introspective enlightening, and connections amongst fellow attendees and community members.

Julia prides herself on her resiliency, strong work ethic, vibrant personality, and her ability to be authentic and remain grounded in humanity, dignity, and respect through all her endeavors. Julia holds a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Public Health Administration from Bowling Green State University, and has comprehensive experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Non-Profit Operations, Marketing & Communications, Mission Advancement, and Development initiatives.
